Mobile devices are fast becoming the norm these days, and the need for a mobile-optimized version of any desktop website has finally been widely recognized. But in the wake of it all, you can still observe some 'smartphone-optimized' websites that are misconfigured in such a way that it often becomes hard for searches to find the information that they're looking for. This is usually caused by 404 errors, or irrelevant redirections that might be useful for desktop users, but not so much for mobile devices. This results in an overall bad user experience for your website. But now, thankfully in Google Webmaster Tools, you can use the expanded Crawl Errors feature to help identify pages on your sites that show these types of problems.

CAFAT as we mentioned in our last post is a "Computer aided First aid Trainer". It is a 3D game that we programmed as our final year project. It aims at teaching a player with survival tactics that includes Rescue/Escape missions and First-Aid related tutorials. It trains a player to get prepared both mentally and physically for any unexpected emergency scenario such as Heart Attack, snake bite, Fire burn, robbery, Gas leakage etc. We live in a world where accidents and mishaps are part of daily life routines. Public is often not well educated with survival tactics and they often fail to provide first-aid to victims or react rationally in a call-to-action situation as a result precious lives are lost due to lack survival skills. I remember back in November 2012, TV Media news broadcasted a burning man for over 15 minutes, who was hanging outside "state life building".

Brothers and sisters at the end of every semester, you often found me screaming "Exams over!" but this time I would say "It's all over! no more exams ever in my life!" :-) I am just done with the longest academic journey of my life and that was surely the most hardest yet a memorable one. I have completed my bachelor's study in "Computer & Information System Engineering" and once granted a degree in February 2014, it would add an extension to my current signature i.e. Engr. I am extremely gladful to greet you all again with a new zeal and energy. I had almost stopped blogging this year due to hectic study schedules and the final year project which is no less than a nightmare for every engineer as you would discover with the surprise post tomorrow.

Let me share some beautiful memories of university life with all of you for I consider you guys no less than a family and later I will let you know about MBT's new year gift that will surely be the biggest ever from us.

So as most of you might know, Google made yet another update to its PageRank algorithm recently, and we saw improvements on our sister blogs. SmartEarningMethods now has PR 3, whereas our new blog RichIncomeWays has jumped from Nil to 2 PR! The PR for MBT remains 5. Twitter recently dropped support for RSS feeds, which caused quite an inconvenience. RSS feeds make life easier, and without them, you cannot use your data elsewhere. Twitter RSS feeds used to let you track search results, import your Twitter timelines to your blog, and cross-publish your tweets on other platforms as they are tweeted. These features are no more. Do not despair though, for there is another solution you can make use of to create RSS feeds for Twitter Profiles.
